1. What are your operation hours?
  • We operate 24/7. Someone is always available to assist you.
2. What areas do you serve?
  • Our Last Mile, Hot Shot Load and Expedited Parcel services are available all across the Maritimes.
  • Our Same Day and Next Day services are currently available in Nova Scotia.
  • Our Intercity service is currently available in Halifax.
3. How can I make a booking?
  • Making a booking can be done in many different ways to allow you to create your delivery how you want to.

4. How can I track my package? Is there proof of delivery?
  • You can track shipment status in real time on our tracking portal. Here you can view proof of delivery as a signature or a picture (for contactless delivery). This tracking system is GPS enabled so you can view the exact location of your delivery.
5. Can I print my own label?
  • Once you create a booking, a label will be emailed to you. Drivers can also bring the label if you don't have a printer.
6. How do I pay?
  • You can make your booking and pay for it online at Booking.
  • If you make a booking over the phone, we will ask for your credit card details.
  • For our business accounts, you can be sent invoices.
